PRESIDENT
Robert Smith Jr.
Bio: Robert Smith Jr. has been working with the company since he was 16. He directly oversees the field operations. His crew meets job specific demands through tight quality control, continual on site supervision, and constant communication to meet & exceed clients expectations. Robert lives in Chattanooga with his wife Andy and their dog Snickers. Their son, Robert Smith III, lives in Charlotte, NC.
VICE PRESIDENT
Andrew Smith
Bio: Andrew Smith is the Vice President and Managing Partner at RSI. He has been with the company since 2003 and schedules projects, monitors compliance with environmental regulations and ensures projects are done on time and within budget. Applying green building strategies to reduce energy costs is also one of Andrew’s top priorities. Andrew lives in Chattanooga with his wife Courtney and their two daughters.
SECRETARY TREASURER
Andy Smith
Bio: Andy Smith joined RSI in 1997. She serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. Andy's business licensing and tax skills keep the company moving forward into the future. Andy manages the finances and RSI's office. She is married to RSI's President Robert Smith and loves being involoved in the family business
